Ordering Safely & Securely

Of the thousands of customers who have purchased from us, none has reported fradulent use of their credit card as a result of purchases made with us. Shopping with us online is safe and secure -- and we guarantee it.

Our secure forms use 128 bit secure socket layer (SSL) technology to encrypt all the personal information you send us -- including your name, address and credit card details -- so that the information can't be read as it travels over the Internet to us. When you use our secure forms, you'll see the small key in the bottom left corner of your browser close. This indicates that your Netscape or Explorer browser has recognized our server's security certificate.

Our Guarantee: Most credit card companies cover all the charges that result from unauthorized use or limit your liability to $50. In the remote event that your credit card company holds you liable, we will cover your liability (up to $50) if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made through our secure server. This guarantee applies only:

  • to credit card purchases made using our secure server;

  • to a maximum liability of $50; and

  • if you have notified your credit card issuer of the fraudulent use in accordance with the reporting rules in your cardholder agreement.
